My oh so sweet hubby has been asking weekly for the past month when I was going to update my blog again. He loves reading them while he's at work.. So I figured, Id do a quick update! I miss blogging, but we have had some crazy changes around here lately! :)
Braycen is LOVING school! He is enrolled out our church pre-k program and not only is he learning the basics, he is learning & memorizing Bible verses, stories and songs. Not only do I love his teacher, but I am so thankful he is learning these important fundamentals!
Brylen is just a little more than 2 months shy of turning 2 years old! Our precious, but very strong willed little man is growing up SO fast! He finally decided to start really talking.. and it cracks us up because he can say anything he wants too.. But, his favorite word is still.. "No" :) He LOVES to do anything his brother does, and mocks every single thing he does. Bray doesnt always love it, but really..it is the cutest thing Ive ever seen!
I have made some changes as well.. I am officially a part time working mama! :) I honestly LOVE my new job, and I dont think I could stress that enough. I work as a receptionist at a management company, and I seriously work with the best group of people! I started out working full time and with a couple of minor complications, my awesome boss worked with my husbands crazy schedule and allowed me to stay with the company and work part time. So blessed! I love being able to be home with my boys and still be able to get out in the real world and work! Of course, we are still trying to adjust to mine and bransons schedules because he works a rotating shift (yuck!).. Sooo some nights, we are pretty much passing each other as one gets home and the other heads to work! That doesnt happen often and we are willing to sacrifice that small amount of time to have our boys home with one of us at all times. :)
We are LOVING this fall weather.. We spent a ton of time at home out in our back yard today. We had a picnic, played, and just enjoyed our lazy Saturday in this beautiful weather!!
Hopefully I can stay in the swing of updating a little more often! :)
