Makeover & Update

I decided to change the name of this blog & give it a little makeover! I thought maybe, just maybe this would push me to blog more! Not that my husband being on my case about it isn't helping any.. ha! Now that I have a working laptop again, Im hoping I can sit, gather my thoughts & make time. We will see, im pretty sure Ive started more than half my blog posts this way. So lets get started with a little Austin Family update shall we?

• We officially sold & closed on our first home in September 2013.
• We are now living in a newly built duplex, while it is nice.. We are MORE than ready to have land & our own home again. I want a yard, I wanted painted walls, I want a fireplace, I want more counter space, I want an investment. Want, want, want... But, really we are more thankful for a nice cozy place to live at all & until God starts the next chapter in our lives we are grateful for what we have!
• Braycen LOVES 1st grade & is doing amazing! He is seriously so smart & is like a sponge. I have never met a child that pays attention to every single little detail about things he is learning about. He loves to learn & he loves knowledge. He has such a sweet & loving spirit & Im amazed by him everyday!
• Brylen turns 4 next month! He LOVES going to preschool 3 days a week & begs to go the days he doesn't. He pops out of bed every morning with a smile on his face, Im so grateful that he loves going & loves learning all the normal school stuff, but my favorite is when he comes home and says "mom listen to this" & starts quoting bible verses. Music to a mommas ears! BUT! Our sweet Brylen has became pretty ornery lately & we are grabbing the reigns has he takes us on this wild ride. I keep repeating "This to shall pass, This to shall pass..."
• Breck also has a birthday next month. I can not believe our itty bitty baby is turning 1!! Just like his brothers he is the light of our lives & brings us SO much joy! He has became quiet the little mocking bird lately & will repeat so many words that he hears! If he hears me or Branson calling for the boys "BRAY" or "BRY" he says "BRAY", "BRY".. Its hilarious! He absolutely hates the word "NO" and when I tell him No, its the end of the world. :) More on Brecky later!
• We have THREE walkers in our house. (what happened to my babies?)
• Ive started teaching a prek 3 class at our church preschool 3 days a week. It is definitely a learning experience & im loving it.
• I went on a weight loss journey 6 weeks after having Breck. I lost 28 inches & over 30lbs. I worked my rear off & did every bit of it the healthy & natural way. I have NEVER felt better!! Ive taken a little break for the holidays & plan to start full swing come January to reach my next goal! :)
• Daddy B is still lockin boats & takin names. ;) His crazy busy schedule has calmed down lately & I am thankful for that. Its been nice to see him REST for once. Im pretty sure he forgot what that felt like. But come January he plans on taking on a whole new task & is going back to school. SO, SO, SO PROUD OF HIM & every single thing he does for our family! :)

WE are so thankful & feel so blessed at this time in our lives. We give God the glory for our health, finances, relationships & everything in between. We owe him everything!!
